Officers responded to a report of a drunk driver driving recklessly in the area. The witness told the officers that a known suspect was driving recklessly by “doing donuts”. Officers located the suspect and detained him without incident. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

The victim told officers that she was sitting on a bench when the suspect walked by, swore at her, and continued walking. The victim decided to follow the suspect and began filming her. The victim confronted the suspect and moved closer to her. The suspect then turned around, walked toward the victim, and swatted her arm. The suspect then walked away.
