An officer responded to a report of a home burglary. A homeowner returned from vacation to find a broken window and the garage door slightly opened. No property appeared to be missing at the time. Officers determined an unknown suspect gained entry through the window and exited through the garage.

An officer stopped a vehicle with an expired registration tab. A record check revealed the driver had an arrest warrant. The driver was arrested for the warrant.

Warrant Arrest-Evading a Police Officer

Lincoln Way and La Playa Ave
Officers followed a possibly stolen vehicle. The vehicle stopped and the driver and a passenger fled away on foot. One of them was captured. A record check revealed she had two arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested for the warrant.
Suspect: White, male, about 6’0”, and about 180 lbs. LSW: Black jacket and short hair.

Officers responded to a report of a theft. An unknown suspect stole a personal belonging from a building entryway. The suspect had gained entry through an unlocked gate into the entryway.

An officer stopped a man for jaywalking. The man immediately said he stole merchandise from a store. The officer confirmed the theft with the store. The man was cited for petty theft.

A man walked into Taraval station to report a theft. The man had sent money to a supposed landlord for a space he wanted to rent. The landlord then asked for more money. The man became suspicious and wanted to make a police report.

Officers responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. The victim found his vehicle damaged. He believed one of his roommates was the suspect because the roommate had a grievance against the victim.

Officers stopped a vehicle with an expired registration tab. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The officers cited the driver for the expired registration tab and driving with a suspended license.

Officers responded to a report of a home burglary. The victim returned to his house and discovered it was ransacked and burglarized. He saw his bedroom window was left opened. He was unsure if he had locked the window before leaving. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.

An officer responded to a report of a burglary. The victim awoke by her barking dog. She checked the inside of her home and found an unknown item left possibly left behind by a suspect, her drawers ransacked, and her belongings missing. She was unsure if the garage side door was left locked or unlocked. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. The woman was riding on a MUNI vehicle when an unknown suspect grabbed her cellular phone and fled out of the vehicle.
Suspect: African American Male, age 20 – 25, 5’5, approximately 130 pounds, LSW: Black knit hat and a dark blue jacket.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. While shopping at a mall, she put her property on a chair and went to look at a merchandise. When she returned to the chair, her property was gone. Mall security found and recovered her property. However her wallet was missing. An unknown suspect then made many purchases with her credit card.
Suspect: Asian American Female, age 40 – 50. LSW: White clothing.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim’s home was vacant for a short period of time. When the victim returned, she discovered her home was burglarized. Additionally there was structural damage. There were pry marks on one of her windows. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. A victim discovered the handle to her front door was missing. She also found a screwdriver that did not belong to her. The victim said she never left her home for the past several days and did not hear or see anything suspicious in that time before the the discovery of the missing door handle.

Officers stopped a vehicle for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk. A record check revealed no license was issued to the driver. The driver was cited for the above violations.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim was asleep when an unknown suspect broke into his home, took the victim’s belongings, and fled the scene. The victim woke-up and found his front door open.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. The man complained a roommate stole his property before moving out of the man’s residence.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An unknown suspect walked into a business and stole a merchandise. However the employees stopped the suspect. The suspect then dropped the merchandise and fled.
Suspect: African male, age 35 – 40, 5’9, approximately 160lbs. LSW: Black baseball hat, dark blue jacket, and suspect have a beard.

Officers responded to a report of a dog bite. A man was walking his dog when the dog bit a woman without provocation. The woman confirmed what occurred. She sought treatment on her. The dog’s owner was cite for the dog bite.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. Store security had detained a suspect. The suspect had grabbed multiple merchandise items and exited without paying. An employee stopped and took the suspect into custody. The suspect was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting. Officers took custody of the suspect.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. The woman received a phone call that numerous charges were made on her credit card. The charges were made in another country. The victim did not authorize the offshore credit card charges.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Two suspects approached a victim while she was walking home. The suspects pushed her onto the ground, shocked her with a taser, and attempted to spray her face with a chemical irritant. The suspects then took her belongings and fled the scene. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Suspect #1: Hispanic, female, about 5’3”, about 130 lbs., between the ages of 16-18, with black hair. LSW: Dark colored sweatshirt and pink sweatpants. Last seen running northbound on 44th Ave.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. A suspect approached her while she was walking home. The suspect pulled out a gun and pointed it at her. He demanded she surrender her belongings. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene.
Suspect: African American, male, about 5’9”, about 150 lbs., between the ages of 20-25, with black hair. LSW: Black jacket and black pants.

An officer returned to an address of a person who had previously called to report an auto burglary. A record check revealed the person had an arrest warrant. The person was arrested for the warrant.

An officer responded to a report of a shoplifting. A man walked to an aisle, concealed a merchandise, and exited without paying.
Suspect: African American, male, about 5’9”, about 140 lbs., between the ages of 20-25, with black hair and brown eyes. LSW: Black hoodie, black pants, black shoes, and carrying a black sweater. Last seen with a 5 o’clock shadow beard.
