Driving While under the Influence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a hit and run and officers were able to locate the vehicle with the information given from dispatch. The officers approached the driver, smelled alcohol on him and conducted a Field Sobriety Test which the driver failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI.
Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s Licenses – Cited

Officers were in the area conducting traffic enforcement and observed a vehicle speeding. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Trespassing – Delaying or Resisting Peace Officers Duties – Cited

1200 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of trespasser in the library court yard after posted hours. When the officers arrived on scene, they saw two suspects in the area. The officers ordered the suspects to stop but the suspect continued to walk away. The officers managed to catch up with the suspects and a struggle ensued. The officers were able to stop the suspect from resisting and the suspect was later cited and released.

Officers responded to a report of a fire. SFFD was already on scene extinguishing a portable toilet that was on fire.
