Battery

Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence related battery. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were having an argument about their relationship and the suspect packed his items and left. However, shortly after, the suspect returned and continued the argument. During the course of the continued argument, the suspect punched the victim a several times before kicking her.  Afterwards, the suspect fled the scene.

Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery involving a gun at a gas station. The victim told the officers that the suspect walked into the store and pointed a hand gun at him before demanding money. Frightened, the victim gave the suspect all they money that was in the register. After receiving the money, the suspect fled the scene.

Officers responded to a report of a victim being choked by the suspect. The victim reported to the officers that she had made breakfast for the suspect earlier in the morning, but the suspect did not like what she made. An argument ensued and the suspect started slamming around the plates and forks. The victim attempted to calm the suspect down, but failed and the suspect choked the victim. Eventually, the suspect let the victim go and walked out of the house.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim told the officers that she found the suspect inside her apartment asleep and did not know how the suspect got in. The victim did not want to press charges and the suspect was admonished by the officers instead.

Carrying Concealed Weapon – Traffic Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect driving erratically and making donuts on the corner while one of the passengers was waving a gun. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a felony traffic stop and located four people inside the vehicle. A computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. Officers search the people in the vehicle and the vehicle for guns, but they were unable to locate any weapons other than a set of brass knuckles inside a passenger’s pockets. The driver was cited, the suspect with the brass knuckles was arrested and the other two passengers were released.
