Battery – Defrauding Services – Cited

Officers responded to a report of people fighting. The victim provided a service for the suspect and had a suspicion that the suspect was not going to pay for the service. When asked for payment, the suspect told the victim that the job was badly done and that she wasn’t going to pay. However, the suspect backtracked and said that she changed her mind and told the victim that she would have to go to the bank to get some money. The victim offered to go with the victim to the bank but this angered the suspect. The suspect threw a cup of ice water at the victim, attacking her and causing injuries. Afterwards, the suspect walked away. Responding officers reviewed the security footage and corroborated the victim’s statement. Later that day, the suspect went to Ingleside Station to report the incident and stating that she was the victim. The officer responded and cited her.
Trespassing – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespassing incident with dispatch notifying officers that the victim was following the suspect. Officers arrived on scene, located and detained the suspect. The victim told the officers that he was sleeping in his room when he heard a loud noise and went to investiagte the noise. The victim observed the suspect inside the garage but the suspect exited the garage while the police arrived. After investigating, officers learned that the victim and suspect had a prior dating relationship and there had been numerous incidents of domestic violence and trespassing. The suspect was arrested.
Violation of Restraining Order – Public Intoxication – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect violating a restraining order. The victim reported that his estranged wife was violating a restraining order by knocking on his door and the suspect was still at scene. The officers spoke to the suspect but observed that she exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. The suspect was also uncooperative and refused to stop screaming during the investigation. A computer check on the suspect confirmed the restraining order and the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of an assault involving a rock. The victim reported that she was walking down the street on the sidewalk when she noticed a group of 4-5 juvenile suspects hanging out on the corner. Unexpectedly, the suspects starting throwing rocks at the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim reported that she was also hit by a rock but did not believe it theres as a serious injury.
