Officers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that her neighbor had hit her. The victim stated that the suspect had been blocking her and moving her items around the basement without permission. The victim confronted the suspect and he hit her. The suspect responded that he had been cleaning and moving items when the victim confronted him. The victim then pointed her finger too close to him and he batted her hand away. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
