Assault – vandalism

Officers responded to a report of vandalism and assault. The witness reported that the suspect and victim, a Parking Enforcement officer, were observed yelling at each other before the suspect walked towards the victim’s vehicle and struck it with his skateboard. The suspect then fled the area. The victim stated that he had been working and issuing tickets when two suspects walked up to him and wanted the victim to take back a ticket. The victim responded that he couldn’t reverse the ticket. The victim reported that the first suspect raised his skateboard in an attempt to hit the victim but the second suspect stopped him.
