Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was out exercising when she was suddenly grabbed from behind, thrown on to the ground and inappropriately touched by the suspect. The suspect then walked away from the victim. The victim immediately notified her husband, who confronted the suspect. The suspect punched the husband before fleeing the area.
