Illegal Fireworks

24th Ave & Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report that two children had been hit by illegal fireworks. The father of the victims, a one year old and a five year old, reported that they had been entering their car when the suspect lit some fireworks nearby. The fireworks then shot out towards he children, which caused multiple bruises and burns. The suspects immediately fled the area.
