The victim exited a building when the suspect approached him. The suspect offered the victim free gold-colored chains, but the victim refused. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s necklace and ripped it from his neck. The victim chased after the suspect but fell, causing injuries. The suspect got into a waiting vehicle and fled the scene.

The victim came to Taraval Station to report a theft. The victim was standing in front of a building when a vehicle drove up to him. The suspect urged the victim to approach him and asked for directions. The suspect then shoved gold-colored jewelry and coins into the victim’s hands. The victim walked away and later realized his necklace and pendant were gone.

The victim, security, was trying to remove a trespasser inside Stonestown. The suspect was yelling at the victim and twice threw a glass bottle at the victim.

The officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the area when he observed a driver disobeying a posted sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop, and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
