Irving St & 19th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision and that someone involved was reporting that they were in pain. Responding officers investigated the incident and a computer check revealed that one of the vehicles involved had been reported as missing. The suspect, the driver of the stolen vehicle, also had an arrest warrant. The suspect stated that he had borrowed the vehicle from his neighbor. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
