Officers responded to a report of a battery and a broken window. The victim stated that he had been involved in an argument with the suspect. During the argument, the victim stated that he had been pushed by the suspect and fell against a window which caused it to shatter. The victim then refused to provide further information regarding the incident. A security video of the area was later secured.
