An observed a vehicle without a front license plate and a tennis ball which was placed on a tow hitch, blocking the rear license plate. A computer check revealed that the driver was driving with an expired license. The driver was cited.

Judah St & 22nd Ave
The victim, a MUNI driver, reported that the suspect had boarded the bus while rambling before starting smoking with another passenger. The victim stopped the bus and called for a MUNI Inspector. The suspect then walked up to the victim and punched him twice in the face. Shortly after, the suspect then head butted an officer’s body camera before punching the officer in the face as well. The suspect was detained and arrested without further incident.
