Officers were on patrol in the area and conducing traffic speed enforcement. Using LIDAR, officers tracked a vehicle traveling at 68-mph in a 35-mph zone. A computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

The victim reported that he had been walking when he was suddenly struck in the face by an unknown suspect. The victim fell to the ground which caused his finger to bend backwards. The suspect then stuck the victim a second time before fleeing the area.
