Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a store employee, reported that they had advised the suspect that the store was currently closed. The suspect refused to leave the store and responded by pushing the victim. The suspect also attempted to push a display over and on top of the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
