The juvenile victim was walking when a juvenile suspect approached her from behind and pulled her hair very hard. The victim fled, and the suspect punched the victim several times in the head before leaving. Two other juvenile suspects were filming the incident on their phones.

The victim told the officers that two days ago, he was sitting down when the suspect walked up to him and grabbed his walking cane and used it to hit him on the head. The Victim lost consciousness. The victim identified the suspect, and he was subsequently arrested.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle making an illegal turn, nearly colliding with another vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted. Officers spoke with the driver, who exhibited clear signs of intoxication. Following further investigation, the driver was arrested.
