An Officer was patrolling the area when he observed a known subject with a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed. The officer detained the subject without incident. A search of the subject revealed suspected methamphetamine. The suspect was later arrested.
Battery – Vandalism – Case# 250413271

1100 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim had a friend, and the suspect came over. The victim saw the suspects’ backpack, which was empty, now was now full. The victim looked in the backpack and saw his items inside. The victim confronted the suspect and started calling the police. The suspect hit the victim and broke his phone, and fled the scene.

Taraval St & 32nd Ave
The victim called the police because he was robbed. The victim told the officers he had confronted the suspects who had sold him a bad batch of illegal drugs. They got into an argument, and the suspect pulled out a firearm and took his property.

Ocean Ave & Lee Ave
Officers responded to Ocean Ave. and Lee Ave. regarding a stabbing. Officers arrived on the scene and located an adult male suffering from an apparent stab wound. Officers rendered aid, and medics arrived on scene, who transported the victim to the hospital for life-threatening injuries. Despite the life-saving efforts of emergency responders and the medical staff, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased in the hospital. The suspect was later located and arrested
