Officers responded to a report of a suspect threatening to harm people. An Officer arrived on the scene and attempted to place the suspect in handcuffs. The suspect started fighting back and, at one point, injured the officers. The responding officer arrived on the scene and was able to place the suspect in handcuffs. The suspect continued to be belligerent. The suspect was arrested for threats and resisting arrest, among other charges.
