The victim came to Taraval Station to report an incident. She and her friend were seated at a restaurant next to the suspect. The suspect began coughing, snorting, and sneezing. In response, the victim and her friend moved to another table. After finishing his meal, the suspect walked behind the victim and deliberately began coughing toward the back of her head. He then walked away.
