Officers responded to a report of a vehicle on fire. SFFD had already been on scene and put the fire out. Officers later learned the vehicle had been stolen.

The victim told the officer that he was involved in a road rage incident. The victim said that they got out of their vehicle and started having an argument. The suspect then physically grabbed the victim and threatened him. The suspect left the scene.
