Officers on patrol observed a subject sitting in front of a gas station’s front entrance. The officers conducted a consensual encounter and obtained the subject’s information. A computer check on the subject revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
