Burglary – Possession of a Firearm – Case# 260045262

On 01/21/26, a residence was burglarized. A surveillance camera captured the suspects involved in the incident. A sergeant reviewed the case and surveillance footage and was able to identify one of the suspects as a prolific burglar who is currently on probation for burglary and subject to a warrantless search condition. On 02/11/26, the sergeant was in the area and observed the suspect sitting inside a vehicle parked on a corner. The suspect was detained, and a search of the suspect and his vehicle resulted in the discovery of a loaded shotgun and additional evidence. The suspect was subsequently arrested.
