Officers were on patrol when he saw a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed passing him. The officers made a u-tun and observed the vehicle running numerous stop signs. At one point the suspect stopped only to speed off again. The suspect stopped his vehicle and was detained by the officer. The suspect initially gave the officer a false identification card, but provided a correct one. The juvenile driver was cited.
