Heroin Offense – Methamphetamine Offense – Cited 2:20 am Noriega St & 20th Ave Officers responded to a request for a wellbeing check on an unknown male, the suspect, who was inside a vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that the suspect had a search condition based on Post Release Community Supervision. A search of the suspect’s car located a can with a false bottom containing methamphetamine and heroin. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had fraudulently rented his vehicle. The suspect was cited.
Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited 10:55 am 2200 44th Ave A sergeant was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker from 2015. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had also been expired since 2002. Additionally, the driver was recently cited for driving without a valid license. The driver was cited and his vehicle was towed.
Domestic Violence Two incidents of domestic violence with one suspect arrested from one of the incidents.
