Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been eating when the suspect, who was speaking in nonsense words, approached him and suddenly punched him. The suspect then exited the area.
Shoplifting with Force – Arrested

2200 Taraval St
Officers returned to a location that they had previous responded to regarding an incident of shoplifting and robbery with force. The officers reviewed the security footage of the incident and recognized the suspect as a person with a known history. The officers searched and located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested without incident.
