Warrant Arrest – Arrested

600 John Muir Dr
Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation. The victim told the officers that the suspect came home and started arguing over food which led to pushing and scratching. While speaking to the victim, the suspect returned home. The victim refused to press charges but a computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for her arrest.  The suspect was arrested.

Battery – Arrested

3000 San Jose Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect entered the store to buy cigarettes. The victim requested to see his identification to confirm his age but the suspect got angry and threw several objects that struck the victim before fleeing the store. Officer located the suspect and a computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was detained and arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim reported that they had both been drinking and were on their way home when they started arguing in the vehicle. When they got home, the victim reported that she told the suspect to leave the house but the suspect refused and pushed her against the wall. The suspect responded that the victim had hit him first and that he was defending himself. A witness who observed the incident corroborated the victim’s story. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness, a loss prevention agent, reported that they observed a known suspect enter the store who had a history of shoplifting in the store. The witness observed the suspect select multiple items and walked into the fitting room with them. After a few minutes, the suspect exited the fitting room with less items compared to what she brought in. The witness detained the suspect until officers arrived. After further investigation, the officers cited the suspect.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was walking on sidewalk when two suspects approached him and punched him for unknown reasons.
