Driving with License Suspended – Cited

Ulloa St & 24th Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle which failed to stop at a designated stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stated he only had his California ID because his driver’s license was suspended. Officers issued citations to the driver for driving with a suspended license.

Officers were on patrol when they observed the suspect with a known history and currently on active probation. However, when questioned, the suspect denied that he was on probation. Officers conducted a search of the suspect and located a pocket knife plus a pair of metal knuckles in his pants. The suspect was arrested.

Domestic Violence

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence.  Responding officers spoke with the victim who reported that she had engaged in a verbal argument with the suspect earlier. When the suspect was leaving the building, at the same time as the victim, the suspect used his elbow to push the victim aside causing her to experience slight pain when her back made contact with a wall. Officers searched but were unsuccessful in locating the suspect.

Officers responded to a report regarding a battery.  The victim reported that his roommate woke him up from a sound sleep and was then pushed by his roommate while on the stairs as he was leaving the apartment. The roommate then followed him to a bar and tried to incite a fight with him by taking the victim’s baseball hat. However, the victim did not want to press charges.

Officers responded to a report regarding sexual assault that occurred on a MUNI.  The victim reported that she had felt a male leaning their entire body against her back with his genitalia touching her below her buttocks. The victim confronted the suspect, who was fully clothed, and engaged in a verbal argument. However, the suspect then fled in an unknown direction before the arrival of the officers.

Officers responded to a report regarding an assault. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who was delivering mail when the suspect shoved and cursed at him. Officers searched and located the suspect but the victim did not want to press charges and requested that the officers warn the suspect instead.

Taraval St & 28th Ave
Officers responded to a report regarding an altercation.  Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that she was parked in a white zone at the post office when she noticed another vehicle about to strike her vehicle. The victim honked her horn twice which caused the suspect to yell at her to move her car. The suspect then exited his vehicle and engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim. While the victim tried to take photographs and a video of the suspect, the suspect forcible grabbed her phone and threw it aside before fleeing the area. Officers searched but were unsuccessful in locating the suspect. A search for footage from location’s surveillance cameras were also unsuccessful.
